How to Make a Return

- Packaging: Ensure the ice bath is packed securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping Label: Once you've contacted us, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it out, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the nearest shipping center.
- Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The product should not show signs of misuse, abuse, or any intentional damage.
